The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a beautiful room and great service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome.

Breakfast delights with a wider variety of options would have been even better.

This centrally located luxury hotel is situated on the main square, right in the heart of the historic center. Guests have easy access to major attractions and are surrounded by a variety of restaurants, even though some were fully booked. The rooms are elegantly decorated, with modern technology seamlessly blending with the old-world feel. The service is outstanding, with attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options, including scrambled eggs with truffle. The spa and pool facilities are excellent, with the swimming pool located inside a former bank vault decorated with gold leaves.

Some guests have mentioned possible drain problems, as the spa showers and lift shaft had an unpleasant smell for a while.

The hotel is located in a prime area, close to upscale shops and important buildings. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bathroom that includes both a shower and a bath. The check-in process was smooth, with the option to request a room online and a helpful guest manager who showed us to our room. The breakfast was excellent, with a buffet that would please even the most discerning guest. The concierge service was really good, helping us with theater and dining arrangements.

From the exclusive amenities to the remarkable location, this hotel exceeded all expectations. the luxurious spa and wellness centre offered sensational massages and body treatments. the remarkable restaurant served delicious special diet menus and the in-room breakfast was truly unforgettable.

Despite the excellent service, the valet parking waiting time was somewhat long. this minor issue did not take away from the grandeur of this venue.

A good surprise at the Park Hyatt! I stumbled upon a charming candy shop on the first floor and then discovered the elegant lounge. The melange coffee I had was expertly served and delicious. Later, I visited the stunningly decorated bar for a drink. Unfortunately, smoking is no longer allowed, which seems to have deterred some customers. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique and beautiful coffee and bar experiences. I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt and would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed at Park Hyatt for a few nights on a leisure trip. The hotel's lobby bar and spa were great. We enjoyed sipping on green tea at the round table while admiring the beautiful view. The room shower was refreshing and we appreciated the complimentary nuts. The apple strudel at breakfast was a delightful treat. The concierge was very helpful and recommended some excellent restaurants. The location of the hotel is fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to most city attractions.

As youngsters, we loved the beautiful and stylish hotel right in the heart of the city. The museum quarter was just a gorgeous walk away, and there were plenty of famous Viennese coffee shops and shopping options nearby. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better, and we couldn't get enough of the amazing gym and spa facilities.
